Dhaka, Dec. 19 -- BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman is set to return to Bangladesh on Dec 25, after spending nearly 18 years in the UK. He will be accompanied by his daughter, Barrister Zaima Rahman.
According to Abdus Sattar, personal secretary for BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, Tarique and his daughter will travel together on a scheduled Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from London to Dhaka via Sylhet. The flight is expected to land in Dhaka around 11:45 AM.
Earlier on Dec 12, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said the BNP has completed all preparations for his homecoming and stay.
