Kanpur, Dec. 5 -- India's blind cricket team defeated Nepal by 126 runs in the third and final ODI to win the three match series and complete a 3-0 comprehensive whitewash, here on Thursday.

In the match, India won the toss and opted to bat first. The new opening pair of Lokesh and Ravi gave hosts a good start.

The openers put on a half-century stand for the first wicket before Lokesh's was dismissed at the individual score of 24. Ravi batted well for his 46 but a judgment error by the umpire sent him back to the pavilion.

Skipper Sunil and local boy Faisal both brought up their half-centuries as India finished at 254/5 in their allotted 40 overs.
