Bengaluru, Sept. 15 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today cautioned the Karnataka Congress government that it would face serious consequences if it failed to address the alleged anomalies in the internal reservation matrix for Scheduled Castes (SCs) within the one-week deadline set by Dalit organisations.
At a press conference in Bengaluru, BJP State general secretary P Rajiv, who recently participated in demonstrations by several SC communities demanding a revision of the matrix, said the ultimatum issued by activists would lapse on September 17 evening.
