Patna, Feb. 26 -- Home Minister Amit Shah, who is in Bihar under the politically charged banner of "Mission Seemanchal," struck a combative and confident tone on Thursday, declaring that the BJP would seize power in the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections and immediately complete the sealing of the border and purge illegal infiltrators from the state.
