New Delhi, June 25 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, in a sharp attack on the Modi government today, said the BJP is visibly rattled by the nationwide 'Save the Constitution' movement led by Rahul Gandhi and is using the "Emergency narrative" as a distraction from its failures in governance.
Addressing a press conference here, Kharge alleged that those who had no role in India's freedom struggle or the framing of the Constitution are now making loud proclamations about democracy.
