Guwahati, Sept. 13 -- Promising a newly developed Bodoland Territorial Areas Districts (BTAD), the ruling BJP in Assam released the manifesto for the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) election, scheduled for September 22, and assured full implementation of the Bodo Peace Accord.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, state BJP president Dilip Saikia, and a host of other saffron party leaders attended the manifesto release function held at the party headquarters at Basistha in Guwahati.
