Hyderabad, March 17 -- The 86th birth anniversary of former Union Minister and BJP National President Bangaru Laxman was celebrated grandly at the Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana State Office on Monday under the auspices of the party's SC Morcha State Unit.
Party leaders and activists paid floral tributes to his portrait and remembered his services.
