Hyderabad, Dec. 17 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president T Jagga Reddy on Wednesday alleged that there was no scope in Parliament for meaningful discussion on public issues under the Narendra Modi-led government.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, he said that the issues of farmers, women and unemployed youth were not being discussed in Parliament; instead, the BJP was deliberately targeting Jawaharlal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi, who he said had sacrificed their lives and property for the country's independence.
