New Delhi, Oct. 7 -- The Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) today launched a scathing attack on the West Bengal government led by Mamata Banerjee over the recent life-threatening attack on BJP MP Khagen Murmu, who belongs to the tribal community, and a BJP MLA during their visit to flood-affected areas.
Addressing a press conference here, senior BJP leader and former union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad questioned Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's silence on the incident and criticised her for failing to condemn the attack.
