Aizawl, April 6 -- The Mizoram unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has strongly criticised the Mizoram Universal Health Care Scheme (MUHCS) rolled out by the Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) government, describing it as an "unfortunate health care scheme" that merely rides on the framework of the Central government's Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).
