Bengaluru, Aug. 20 -- The opposition BJP today mounted an attack on the Karnataka government over the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on guarantee schemes, accusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of mismanagement and fiscal indiscipline. Senior BJP MLA CN Ashwath Narayan said the Congress government, despite raising tax collections by over 15 per cent, had failed to translate this into gains for the people.
