Shimla, March 15 -- BJP's chief spokesperson Rakesh Jamwal has launched a strong attack on the Congress government, accusing it of failing to maintain law and order in Himachal Pradesh.

He claimed that the state has turned into a safe haven for criminals, with crime rates skyrocketing under the current regime.

Jamwal cited the recent firing on former Congress MLA Bambar Thakur in Bilaspur as clear proof that no leader, police officer, businessman, or common citizen is safe under the Congress-led government.

He accused the ruling party of shielding criminals while making false allegations against BJP leaders to divert attention from its failures.
