Bengaluru, July 28 -- Karnataka BJP president Vijayendra Yediyurappa today launched a scathing attack on the Congress-led state government, accusing it of adopting anti-farmer policies and diverting funds meant for the welfare of Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs).
Speaking at a press conference in Bengaluru, Vijayendra alleged that ever since Chief Minister Siddaramaiah assumed office, several pro-farmer schemes initiated by the previous BJP government had been arbitrarily discontinued.
