Bengaluru, July 20 -- Senior BJP leader and MLA Dr CN Ashwathnarayan today launched a scathing attack on Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, accusing the Congress leadership of "arrogance" and public conduct "unbecoming of elected representatives".
