Bengaluru, Sept. 30 -- Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Congress leader Siddaramaiah has accused the state BJP of opposing the ongoing social, economic, and educational survey due to a "Manuvad ideology" that seeks to concentrate wealth, opportunities, and political representation in the hands of a few, keeping the poor, backward communities, and women deprived.
"The ideology of Manuvad dictates that wealth, opportunities, and representation must remain concentrated in the same hands; the poor must remain poor, the backward must remain backward, women must remain deprived of opportunities, and inequality between castes and communities must persist. Unfortunately, this Manuvadi mindset is what lies deep within the BJP leaders," he said....
