Bhubaneswar, Nov. 20 -- BJP candidate Jay Dholakia, recently elected to the Odisha Assembly in Nuapada by-election, was sworn in as the member of the House on Wednesday. Dholakia had defeated his nearest rival, Congress candidate Ghasiram Majhi, in the by-poll by a huge margin of 83,748 votes.
