Bengaluru, Aug. 8 -- Deputy Chief Minister and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President DK Shivakumar today alleged that the BJP had appointed more than 8,000 of its workers as Booth Level Officers (BLOs) through the Chilume organisation, calling it a major instance of election fraud. "We fought and managed to contain the damage. We should have filed a complaint with the Election Commission then, but as election disputes rarely get resolved in this country, we let it go. Now, we have decided to place these frauds before the people.
