Gangtok/ New Delhi, Aug. 7 -- In a significant move aimed at addressing the long-standing political and administrative concerns of North Bengal, Darjeeling MP and BJP national spokesperson Raju Bista met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the national capital.
During the meeting, Bista highlighted the "urgent need for a permanent political solution for the Darjeeling hills, Terai, and Dooars region", a demand rooted in decades of aspirations for justice, peace, and development.
