Gaya, Jan. 27 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bihar President Sanjay Saraogi on Tuesday said that the BJP is progressing on the strength of its workers rather than on the basis of caste or family lineage and provides equal opportunities to even a grassroots worker to reach the highest positions in the organisation.

Addressing a Karyakarta Samman Samaroh (Workers' Felicitation Ceremony) held at Haridas Seminary High School during his visit to Gaya, Saraogi said that the BJP remains committed to its ideology even after coming to power.
