Siliguri, March 1 -- Launching the party's 'Parivartan Yatra' from Cooch Behar ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections, the BJP national president Nitin Nabin on Sunday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, accusing her government of "appeasement politics", administrative failure and shielding corruption.
Addressing a public gathering, Nabin alleged that the state government had moved the Supreme Court in defence of "infiltrators" after the deletion of around 50 lakh names from the electoral rolls during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in West Bengal.
