Udupi, Nov. 28 -- The Karnataka BJP on Friday announced plans to move a no-confidence motion against the Siddaramaiah-led Congress government, highlighting what it termed was a complete administrative collapse amid a simmering tussle within the state leadership.
Addressing the gathering in Udupi, BJP leader and former Minister Sunil Kumar did not mince words, calling the government a "Dushyasana' administration - a regime, he claimed, where nearly 90 per cent of ministers are conspicuous by their absence from the Vidhana Soudha.
