New Delhi, March 29 -- BJP MP from South Delhi Ramvir Singh Bidhuri on Sunday inaugurated development projects worth Rs 2.70 crore in Harkesh Nagar ward of the national capital, according to a party statement.

The projects include construction and repair of roads, lanes, drains and improvement of parks in the area. Addressing a gathering at the event, Bidhuri said efforts are being made to accelerate development work in Harkesh Nagar.

He added that the area is expected to be connected to Anandmayee Marg in the near future and that a request will be made to the government for laying a PNG gas pipeline in the locality.
