New Delhi, April 7 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri today welcomed the Central government's reported decisions related to the regularisation of unauthorised colonies in Delhi and other urban development measures, terming them significant steps.

Bidhuri expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta for the initiatives. He said the measures include regularising colonies, allowing shops up to 20 square metres, and promoting planned development around Metro and RRTS corridors.
