Bengaluru, Nov. 19 -- BJP MLC Keshav Prasad on Wednesday welcomed Congress MP Shashi Tharoor's praise of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying the senior leader had "rightly appreciated" the Prime Minister's comments on moving away from the colonial-era Macaulay mindset.
Tharoor, who attended the Ramnath Goenka lecture despite suffering from a cold, had noted that Modi spoke about India's "constructive impatience" for development and the need to move beyond the mindset introduced by the British nearly 200 years ago.
