Bengaluru, March 28 -- In a rare break from political convention, BJP MLA Suresh Kumar on Saturday turned the spotlight on what he called the entrenched "VIP culture" in Karnataka politics by refusing Indian Premier League (IPL) tickets offered to legislators, while also expressing shock that the Assembly Speaker echoed similar demands during proceedings.
