New Delhi, Jan. 8 -- BJP MLA Harish Khurana has written to the Delhi Assembly Speaker, seeking action against AAP MLA Jarnail Singh for alleged breach of privilege and contempt of the House.
In his complaint, Khurana, who represents Moti Nagar, referred to a post shared on the social media platform X by Jarnail Singh and said it was made despite his suspension from the Assembly. Jarnail Singh and three other opposition MLAs were suspended on August 5, 2025, for disorderly conduct during the address of the Lieutenant Governor, the letter said.
