Siliguri, March 13 -- Sankar Ghosh, BJP MLA from Siliguri, has demanded an inquiry into alleged sabotage during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise of electoral rolls, claiming that several genuine voters have been placed under adjudication despite submitting the required documents.
A BJP delegation led by Ghosh on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the Election Commission of India through the Siliguri Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), highlighting multiple issues related to voter enrolment and correction ahead of the forthcoming elections.
