Mumbai, Aug. 4 -- BJP legislator Ram Kadam today asserted the Congress stood "embarrassed" following the acquittal of all seven accused in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case, accusing the opposition party of deliberately maligning Hindu religious sentiments. His remarks came three days after a special NIA court cleared the accused due to insufficient evidence. "The truth prevailed after seven years of struggle by Sadhvi Pragya and others," Kadam stated.
