Patna, May 16 -- The Bihar Congress on Friday alleged that BJP leaders and a top bureaucrat acting as super CM tried to stop party leader Rahul Gandhi from meeting Dalit students in Darbhanga.

Congress in-charge of Bihar Krishna Allaveru told media that the Darbhanga district administration had granted permission to Rahul to address Dalit students in Ambedkar hostel, but at the last moment it was withdrawn on "flimsy ground".

The venue was shifted, but Dalit students were adamant to have interaction with Rahul in hostel premises itself, he added.
