Bengaluru, Oct. 12 -- The debate over Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) activities in Karnataka intensified today, with senior BJP leaders responding sharply to Minister Priyank Kharge's call to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for a strict ban on all RSS activities in government premises.

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi criticised the Congress government, alleging that successive Congress leaders had failed to defend their actions against the RSS while showing sympathy towards organisations such as the Popular Front of India (PFI) and the Muslim League.
