Imphal, July 15 -- Manipur BJP MLAs are optimistic that the party's central leadership will take a decision to form a popular government either immediately before or during the upcoming monsoon session of Parliament scheduled from July 21 to August 12.
All eyes are on the session as a crucial decision on the extension of President's rule must be taken by the central BJP leadership. The President's Rule, imposed on February 13, is nearing its six-month expiration and must be extended by both Houses of Parliament.
