Raipur, Nov. 20 -- Leaders from the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Thursday extended warm greetings to Janata Dal (United) president Nitish Kumar, who is set to take oath as Bihar Chief Minister for a record tenth term at a ceremony in Patna. Leaders said Bihar is poised to make history as voters endorsed PM Modi's welfare schemes and Nitish Kumar's governance.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai congratulated Kumar and the people of Bihar, saying good governance would continue under his leadership. "I congratulate Nitish Kumar on becoming the Chief Minister once again. I also congratulate the people of Bihar as good governance will be established there," he said.
