Srinagar, Oct. 17 -- The Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against eight individuals, including a BJP leader from Srinagar and three retired revenue officials, in connection with a major land fraud case in Srinagar, an official said today.
The chargesheet was filed yesterday before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, against the eight accused individuals involved in the fraudulent occupation and manipulation of land records by misusing their official positions. The case was registered in 2019.
