New Delhi, Dec. 25 -- : The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday highlighted allegations of corruption in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) raised by BJP councillors during a Standing Committee meeting. AAP questioned why the MCD leadership and the union Home Ministry are silent on the issue.

AAP Delhi State president Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that ruling BJP councillors had levelled serious allegations of financial transactions for work allocations inside the MCD during the meeting.
