Pune, Aug. 12 -- Maharashtra Congress in-charge Ramesh Chennithala today accused the BJP of working to end democracy and the Constitution, and alleged that voter fraud is being carried out with the help of the Election Commission.
Speaking after a two-day workshop for newly appointed Congress office bearers, Chennithala said Rahul Gandhi has exposed voter fraud in Maharashtra, Haryana, and Karnataka.
"Democracy and the Constitution are in danger today, and Rahul Gandhi is fighting to save them," he said. He described it as a "big and difficult battle" and urged party members to stand "firmly behind Rahulji" to ensure victory.
