Ranchi, Dec. 7 -- Bharativa Janata Party (BJP) state president and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi targeted the Hemant Soren-led government over the implementation of the PESA Act, accusing it of deliberately delaving the process and misleading the people of Jharkhand.
In a strong statement posted on his social media account, Marandi wrote that every time the Assembly session begins, the very mention of implementing the PESA Act makes the Hemant Soren government "sweat even in winter."
