Lucknow, May 31 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is the champion of inflation and its government should first reduce "profiteering' and "donations' and then talk about reducing inflation.
In a statement issued here, Akhilesh Yadav said that the public should also get the benefit of a reduction in import duty on edible oil, not just the domestic producers. "If the cost is decreasing, then the retail price should also decrease.
