Lucknow, Dec. 26 -- A closed-door meeting of Brahmin legislators belonging to the ruling BJP has created a stir in the Uttar Pradesh politics.

Peeved at the news of the meeting, newly-elected BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary has reprimanded those attended the meeting against attempts to create a faction within the BJP legislature party.

Meanwhile, the principal opposition party in the state, Samajwadi Party has extended an open invitation to the disgruntled legislators to join the party.

It has been reported that the meeting of Brahmin MLAs on December 23 evening was attended by around over 25 legislators. These BJP leaders discussed the neglect they face within the party.
