Hyderabad, Sept. 20 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has extended full support to the Telangana Outdoor Media Owners Association (TOMO) in their demand to repeal G O No 68, which they allege has jeopardised the livelihood of thousands of small hoarding agencies.
At a meeting held at the BJP state office on Saturday, party state president N Ramchander Rao interacted with TOMO representatives and assured them of the party's support.
He said that the G.O., introduced in 2020 by the then BRS government, was framed to benefit only three major agencies, while forcing smaller agencies out of business, particularly in the GHMC limits.
