Hyderabad, Oct. 9 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Raghunandan Rao has alleged that a secret understanding between the Congress and AIMIM parties is behind the upcoming Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election.
Speaking at a press conference held at the BJP state office on Wednesday, he claimed that the two parties have struck a political deal to benefit each other ahead of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections.
Raghunandan Rao questioned why the AIMIM, which has contested elections across the country - including Bihar, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra - has chosen not to contest in Jubilee Hills, where it had earlier secured the second position in the 2014 ...
