BJP alleges Cong 'playing violin' amid Karnataka flood deaths
Bengaluru, May 20 -- Five people have died in Karnataka due to severe flooding caused by heavy rains since Sunday, but the Congress government is busy celebrating its two-year rule, displaying the same indifference as "Rome was burning while the king played the violin," the BJP alleged on Tuesday.
The opposition criticised the Siddaramaiah-led administration for its insensitivity and failure to respond effectively to the crisis.
