Bhubaneswar, Nov. 11 -- Expressing deep concern over the "deteriorating law and order situation" in Nuapada Assembly constituency, going to polls on Tuesday, the Opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD) attributed the prevailing tense situation to the "aggressive and unlawful campaign practices" of BJP MLA candidate Jay Dholakia and other BJP leaders.
