BJD demands impartial investigation on deaths of six patients in a single day at SLNMCH

Bhubaneswar, June 4 -- The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Wednesday demanded an impartial investigation and the issuance of a white paper regarding the deaths of six patients in a single day at Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College and Hospital (SLNMCH) in Koraput.

Describing the incident as a serious reflection of the deteriorating state of Odisha's healthcare system, the party's General Secretary Bhrugu Baxipatra, Koraput District BJD President Jhina Hikaka, and former MLA Raghuram Padal held the State Government accountable for these tragic deaths.
