Patna, June 25 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that the Barlaag Institute of South Asia (BISA) located in Pusa, Samastipur will be developed as a Centre of Excellence for climate-friendly agriculture. Addressing a meeting related to formulation of a plan for climate friendly agriculture, Sinha said that AI based system should be developed in the field of climate friendly agriculture, so that the effect of diseases and pests on crops can be predicted.
