Ranchi, Sept. 16 -- The Airports Authority of India (AAI) will celebrate Yatri Seva Diwas on September 17 across all its airports in the country, including Birsa Munda Airport, as part of its commitment to passenger delight and community engagement.
The initiative is designed to create an interactive, memorable, and service-oriented experience for travelers.
The celebrations at Ranchi Airport will begin with a traditional welcome ceremony, where passengers will be greeted with tika and invited to click photographs at specially designed standees and selfie points inside the terminal.
