Bilaspur (HP), Sept. 29 -- Himachal Pradesh is an important tourist destination and holds immense tourism potential. Religious, adventure, and health tourism are the main pillars of development in the state.
Moving forward in this direction, the state government has promoted adventure tourism at Bilaspur's Govind Sagar Lake and, under the guidance of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, has launched various adventure sports activities in the year 2024.
These efforts are not only establishing a new identity for Bilaspur district on the tourism map but are also providing direct and indirect employment opportunities to local youth.
