Chhapra (Bihar), Feb. 18 -- A man was stabbed to death in Bihar's Saran district, police said here on Tuesday.
The body of Mohan Bansfore (35), a resident of Purab Tola village, was spotted by local villagers in the forest near Ghoghagadi river and alerted the police, they said. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and sent the body to Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
Sources said that in this case, the family of the deceased has said in the application to the police that on Monday late evening, Mohan Bansfore went to the market to buy vegetables, who did not return home till late night.
The police have registered an FIR and are investigating the matter.
