Chhapra (Bihar), Feb. 18 -- The body of a man was recovered from his house in Bihar's Saran district here on Tuesday, police said.
Saran Superintendent of Police Dr Kumar Ashish said that information was received that the body of a person was lying on vacant railway land inside the north boundary wall of the vegetable market.
The deceased has been identified as Jahangir Ali, a resident of Chaknoor village.
A team of Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has been called for investigation, the SP said. A suspect has been detained by the police in connection with the case, who is being questioned, he said.
The body has been sent to Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
