Patna, Nov. 14 -- Bihar BJP in-charge Vinod Tawde today said the NDA's historic victory in the Assembly elections showed strong support from the youth, farmers and women.

He told media that people had openly blessed the NDA which continuously worked for public welfare and gained the trust of the people. Both the Central government and the Nitish-led state government have been implementing welfare schemes with honesty for many years, he added.

Tawde stated that the results proved that the people of Bihar had supported development politics. He pointed out that the NDA had won around 30 seats dominated by Muslim and Yadav voters, and also 110 seats dominated by extremely backward communities.
