New Delhi, April 15 -- The Sports Authority of India (SAI) has confirmed that the Women's Kabaddi World Cup 2025 will take place at Rajgir in Bihar, from June 1 to 10. This will be the second time Bihar will host the prestigious tournament, with the first edition held in 2012 at the Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna. Kabaddi, one of the oldest and most traditional Indian sports, has a rich history of over 4000 years. The sport was showcased as an exhibition event at the Berlin 1936 Olympics, marking a significant moment in its global recognition.
